Mr. and Mrs. Villanueva, a friend of ours, contacted us after seeing pictures of the Moreno Fence on social media. He wanted privacy from the nosey neighbors along with a barrier for water runoff, trash, and leaf debris that would continually make its way into his yard.
Finally, he wanted additional protection to his family and dogs from the neighborhood dogs.
In the front of the house we did a 4' staggering fence per the specifications of the neighborhood association. In the back of the yard we did 6' solid picket run. We also installed side fences and gates. Along the complete bottom stretch of fence, going from front to back, we installed flat cinder blocks (mortared and supported by rebar to help redirect rain water runoff towards the back of the property).
Four-foot staggered in front for the HOA, six-foot solid in back for privacy, and cinder blocks along every inch of the bottom to send the runoff where it belongs.
